Delivery options
Basic delivery ($69.00)
Includes both unboxing your new TV and removal of the old one. Also includes hookup to one existing video source (cable, satellite or antenna), checking for power and a picture, and removing the cartons and packing material.
Premium delivery ($99.00)
Includes basic delivery, hookup to two video sources and one pre-existing stereo receiver, a quick demonstration of your new setup and removal of your old TV.

Scheduling home delivery
Determine which delivery option best suits your needs.
Once you receive your order confirmation, call 1-480-219-8403 to schedule a delivery date.
A Customer Service Representative will contact you the day before or morning of your scheduled delivery to provide a two-hour window for the arrival of your TV and equipment, plus answer any questions you have.
Installation and hookup
Our Delivery Specialists know your product. They know how it works-inside and out-and take pride in installing your new system.
If you need additional products connected, ask our Customer Service Representative about our additional home theater installation packages.
What to expect from our team
Our uniformed Delivery Specialists are certified trained professionals. They take extra measures to protect your home during delivery by using blankets, floor runners and booties as necessary to protect your merchandise, valuables, walls and floors.
They will also clean up any materials and cartons left from the delivery.
For your and your family's safety, our Delivery Specialists will also present their IDs when they arrive.If your schedule changes and you can't be at home, please notify us, preferably 24 hours prior to your delivery, to arrange a new date.
If you are not at home to accept this delivery, our team will leave a card notifying you of the delivery attempt. Should this occur, our delivery department will contact you or you can contact us to reschedule your appointment.
An adult 18 years or older must be present at your home at the time of delivery.
Accessories
If you haven't purchased the appropriate cables for your delivery, we can place a new order for them when you call to schedule your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive them prior to your delivery.
Requirements for home delivery
We can only schedule delivery for an order that includes select large tube or projection TVs.
How long it takes
We can deliver your new TV and related products in as little as 3-5 days, depending on the availability of delivery teams and merchandise.
Home Delivery of some TVs may require additional transportation time, which will increase the time before we can schedule your Home
Delivery by up to three days. |
